ITA provides an inhouse repair service for all types of computer equipment including Laptops, Desktop PCs, Servers and Mid Range Systems. Whether a laptop cracked screen or server motherboard, ITA have the necessary experience to provide a cost effective and rapid repair. All ITA repairs carry a one years return to base warranty against defects of any replacement parts. Our repair service has many years of experience of a variety of major manufacturers equipment including Acer, Apple, Compaq, DEC, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Micro-Machines, Multicomputer, Sony, Supermicro, Toshiba and many more. As well as carrying out hardware repairs, we can also repair corrupt operating systems, corrupted hard drives and provide specialised data recovery services.

Return To Base
Our Return To Base Service is the most cost effective method for repair of your faulty equipment. Simply call us to obtain a quotation and RMA number then ship the item to our Warrington office. Upon receipt, we will confirm the fault and cost before proceeding with the repair. Most repairs are turned around within ten days of receipt subject to availability of replacement parts. All repairs are fully tested under our meticulous quality control before return with a full one years warranty on any replacement parts. For emergencies, urgent repairs can sometimes be turned around within 24hrs subject to availability of parts, please contact us for details.

Onsite Repair
Our Onsite Repair Service provides a response to your site within 8 working hours, 9-5, Mon-Fri of receipt of commission. We also offer a Premium Level Service where, dependant upon location, we can usually respond to site within 2-4 working hours. For all onsite repairs, we will endeavour to diagnose the problem beforehand and bring the correct spares to site, subject to availability. If the correct spares cannot be determined or are unavailable, we will attempt to provide equivalent loan equipment to allow continuation of service whilst the original equipment is taken away for repair. As part of this service, we will reload and configure the operating system and any specific software packages that may be required.

Emergency Callout
As an enhancement to our Onsite Repair Service, ITA also operates an Emergency Callout Service operating 24/7, 365 days a year. To use our Emergency Callout Service, simply complete our Online Contact Form with the relevant details and nature of the problem, then follow up by calling the RED Emergency Callout Number at the top of the screen, from the telephone number specified on the Online Contact Form. Please note, the emergency number will only be answered to recognised numbers, therefore you must complete and submit the Online Contact Form beforehand. The Emergency Callout Service provides for the most rapid response to site and subject to availability and location, we can usually be onsite within 2hrs of commission.
